We were camping, so rooms rating not relevant. Fantastic sea views, easy access to coastal path and nearby beaches. Facilities kept very clean. Spar supermarket stocks a good range of products including ready meals. We tried their fish pie, very nice. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Some of the tables in the restaurant are VERY wobbly so watch out for your drinks.

Great location, near to some lovely beaches. Camper pitches give a great view, but also means you are completely exposed to wind and the elements. We were in a campervan which is fine,as used to the British weather, unfortunately let down by the site suffering with a problem with wild Badgers. These repeatedly raided our awning and damaged our lockable food store,to the point of actually ripping the back out of the cupboard to get to the food, which they obviously stole,we know you are always living with wildlife around you,but this was extreme to the point of being scary and needs to be dealt with by site owner's. In hindsight, after looking at previous comments and reviews we wouldn't of booked the site. We were forced in the end to pack up early and move to another site, which was a real shame.

Having initially booked into Golden Cap through WDLH for 10 nights, we were disappointed with the lack of facilities and access difficulties for a car + touring caravan. On our first day on the site, we were told about Highlands End by fellow tourers so decided to take a look. What a huge difference. The facilities were excellent and the staff were brilliant. As we had booked centrally through WDLH but not knowing about Highlands End site, we decided to see if we could move from Golden Cap to Highlands End. In Highlands End reception we were greeted by Donna who, with help from Theresa from the booking office, managed to secure a transfer from Golden Cap to Highlands End that very afternoon. Both Donna and Theresa were exceptionally helpful, we couldn’t thank them enough. We had a brilliant remaining 9 nights; Dorset is a great place to visit and we managed to do and see everything we had planned. PS: getting out of Golden Cap with the caravan was a nightmare but that’s another story.

Fabulous site. Sea views, great dog walking field, close to the sea. Very clean good showers. Useful shop. Nice beer garden. Thoroughly recommend.

Lovely clean site, well maintained, staff friendly. Beautiful walks and views. Only problem for me was, yes you can walk to the beach, if you can walk on uneven hills, unfortunately I can't. Obviously not sites fault just something to be aware of when booking.

Amazing campsite we stayed 8th June to 14th June. Loved the view from the Red (electric). The facilities were amazing, washrooms were clean and tidy. Showers were hot and well looked afterwards. Rosie our dog enjoyed the the field, meeting all the different dogs, lovely chats with everyone. Doggy shower was great. Washing and dryer machine was great. The pub Martins was brilliant, we had an Indian on Tuesday. Dog friendly as well in sections. Drinks were nice and the staff was brilliant, a laugh xx The staff were amazing. Had a bit of a situation on the Sunday, they were very understanding and helped out. Thank you for a lovely stay. Will be returning next year with my family as well

A weeks visit with the dog. Family and dog well catered for. Static caravan, like the entire site, was spotless. Large dog walking meadow and multiple options for short and long walks with dog. The footpaths are all really well maintained and signposted. Martins bar is also excellent. Food and drinks are reasonable, food tasty, and generous portions. 100% recommended this site. We will be back. One piece of hopefully constructive criticism. Have an electric car. Couldn't get the chargers to work. It tells you to download the Monta app. However, the app says it's a passive charger and is not responsible for the charger and to get owners' permission. Staff in spar had no idea (fair enough). You can apparently charge with an RFID card, but I don't have one, so I don't know if that works. Maybe sell them in the shop, perhaps. It's not a big deal. There's an excellent instavolt 150 kW charger about a mile away in Bridport leisure centre. Just turn right out of the park, follow the road, and turn right by the rugby pitch. Again, superb staff, site, and location 👌.
