Welcome to Seals Cove, Bridport – one of the area’s most popular indoor family days out! Come rain or shine there’s something fun for everyone with the Jurassic Ridge Climbing Centre, The Reef Soft Play and the Barbaroasters Cafe.

In the Jurassic Ridge Indoor Climbing Centre, adults and children (aged 5+) alike can experience a modern facility with beginner routes for building confidence. For stronger climbers, there are 8a grades with vertical walls, overhangs and slabs. The two climbing areas have up to 80 routes for leading, Auto Belay climbing and top-rope climbing. Instructed sessions or unsupervised (for experienced climbers) are available. The viewing gallery has a panoramic view of the climbing wall where you can grab a coffee from the Barbaroasters Cafe and watch your family scale the walls – unless of course you choose to climb alongside the kids! The whole of Jurassic Ridge is air-conditioned.

The Reef Soft Play Centre is a huge, indoor, multi-level and interactive soft play with plenty to keep your little explorer entertained – including a rope bridge, football pitch and four-metre ‘Big Wave death slide’. The soft play is suitable for ages 0 to 12, with dedicated under-2s and under-3s areas for the youngest ones to enjoy.

The Barbaroasters Cafe is a great place to catch up with friends in air-conditioned comfort and a swashbuckling booth. Whether you’re thirsty for a coffee or looking for a homemade cake, this could be your new favourite cafe in Bridport. The menu includes daily specials, healthy lunch boxes, sandwiches, cooked breakfasts and much more.

Soft play and climbing sessions are all bookable via the website and if you are looking for a space to book a children’s birthday party, that is bookable via the website too.
