Haynes Motor Museum
Founded by John Haynes OBE in 1985 with thirty vehicles, the Haynes Motor Museum was established as a charity for the good of the nation with three main charitable objectives: The restoration and preservation of the collection for future generations and the education of both the general public and also schools and colleges, helping them discover how the motorcar has had such a profound influence on social history throughout the world.
The Museum is now the UK’s largest collection of motorcars from around the world with over four hundred cars and bikes on show. From the dawn of motoring in the late 1800s through nostalgic classics of the 1950s and 1960s, glorious Bentleys and Rolls Royces to world renowned super cars like the Jaguar XJ220, the Museum’s collection is such that as well as allowing visitors to explore and discover motor vehicles from around the world, the experience creates lasting memories for young and old alike that will last a lifetime.
