Glamping is perfect for couples, young families and groups of friends who wish to enjoy all the benefits of camping holidays but without worrying about all the equipment you need to pack, the typically unreliable British weather and the hassle of putting up a tent. The glamping accommodation have a few welcome home comforts, such as heaters, plug sockets and lights and select Jurassic Escape Pods, Safari Tents and Premier Camping Pods are dog friendly (max of 1 dog). The parks are in spectacular locations close to coast and countryside and surrounded by great attractions, beaches, places to eat and events.
Our popular Jurassic Escape Pods are our most luxurious glamping accommodation yet with compact living, a modern style, a shower room and 1 double bed & 2 single beds sleeping up to 4 people. There is an open-plan feel with a bright and airy living space and high ceiling, plus a fully glass front with french doors onto an integrated and covered veranda with decking area and outdoor furniture, perfect for al-fresco dining, evening drinks and for enjoying the views of the surrounding countryside.
There is a comfortable L shaped sofa, bluetooth speakers, an electric fire and wall mounted TV and a kitchen area with microwave, oven, grill and 4 ring hob, an under-counter fridge, kettle and sink. The rear dining area transforms at night with a wall mounted pull-down double bed and above the dining area is a high level fixed mezzanine floor with 2 single beds and ladder access. Please note this may not be suitable for very young children.
There are plug sockets and USB sockets. The generous washroom includes a large shower, heated towel rail, toilet and sink with shaver socket. Up to 2 dogs are (charges apply) are welcome in select dog-friendly Jurassic Escape Pods and each Pod has allocated parking next to it for 1 car. Jurassic Escape Pods at Golden Cap Check availability, prices and book
The premier camping pods are modern, cosy and compact with enough room to sleep 2 adults and 2 children on a double bed and double sofa-bed. These unique pods have a small kitchenette area with a fridge, toaster, kettle and 2 ring electric hob, plus cutlery, crockery and cooking equipment. There is a built-in wardrobe, blinds for privacy, a fold-down table with stools, usb and plug sockets, lighting, a heater and lockable doors going out onto a private gated decking area with seating, a table and a small covered area with a storage box. These pods are available at both Highlands End Holiday Park and Golden Cap Holiday Park and select pods are dog-friendly and allow up to one dog.

Premier Camping Pods at Highlands End Premier Camping Pods at Golden Cap Check availability, prices and bookThe safari tents at Golden Cap Holiday Park are our most spacious glamping accommodation and sleep up to 4 people. The large 5 x 7 metre tents have an open-plan living area with sofa, dining table and a kitchenette with fridge, kettle, 2 ring induction hob, cooking equipment, cutlery and crockery. There are plug sockets, lighting and a heater included. There are 2 separate bedrooms with wardrobes, one of which has a double bed and the other has 2 single beds. Outside, there is a large covered decking area with seating and a picnic bench down on the grass. Select tents are dog-friendly and allow up to one dog, but please note the decking area is not gated.

Safari Tents at Golden Cap Check availability, prices and bookThe classic camping pods at Golden Cap Holiday Park provide a more rustic and basic glamping experience that is closer to camping. The pods are secure, warm and cosy with a double bed and 2 single camp beds. There is also a heater, lighting, a boot store, plug sockets, a covered porch and a picnic bench on the grass outside. The classic camping pods are popular with young families, couples and walkers, and select pods are dog-friendly and allow up to one dog.

Classic Camping Pods at Golden Cap Check availability, prices and bookThe bell tent at Golden Cap Holiday Park is a large circular tent, 5 metres in diameter. It has a unique shape with a high roof and 2 doors for great ventilation. The tent is spacious and sleeps up to 4 people with a double bed and 2 single camp beds. There are plug sockets, lighting and a heater as well as a picnic bench outside on the grass. As this is a tent, warm clothing and blankets may be required on cold nights. Please note, the bell tent no longer has clear roof panels. Unfortunately our bell tent is not dog-friendly.

The Jurassic Pod at Golden Cap sleeps 2 people on a double bed which easily converts to a sofa in seconds for relaxing on during the day or watching the TV. Compact, modern and self-contained, there is a fully-fitted kitchen with fridge, 4 hob oven, grill, sink and microwave, as well as a washroom with toilet, shower, sink and a heated towel rail. Perfect for a couple’s short break, you can enjoy sea views from the decking or inside the pod through the large windows. Please note, these images are taken from the manufacturer – more will be coming soon. Unfortunately this pod is not dog-friendly.
