Platinum Pods at Eype Beach
Wake up to breathtaking sunrises, fall asleep to the gentle sound of waves lapping on the beach below and spend evenings beneath some of Dorset’s most spectacular dark skies.
Escape to the Jurassic Coast with a Glamping holiday in our Platinum Pods at Eype Beach Holiday Park in Dorset, where stunning sea views and natural beauty are right on your doorstep. Perched at the very top of the holiday park with a cliffside location, the Platinum Pods enjoy an extraordinary panorama across Lyme Bay, taking in miles of coastline from Eype to Portland Bill lighthouse. Watch the sunrise paint the horizon in golden hues, or, from March to October, look up after dark to discover the Milky Way stretching across the night sky. This is Glamping at its most magical!
Each pods combines this remarkable coastal setting with the comforts of home, including a fully equipped kitchenette, shower room, TV and a spacious enclosed decking area and seating, with both covered and open-air sections. Platinum Pods include complimentary wifi, suitable for streaming on the TV, as well as complimentary use of Highlands End Leisure Club with its indoor heated swimming pool, sauna and steam room.
Eype Beach is a couple of minutes walk away, which is a beautiful and secluded pebble beach that’s dog friendly all-year-round. The South West Coast Path passes right by the park, taking you to Thorncombe Beacon, (one of the highest points on the Dorset coast) and in the other direction towards the fishing village of West Bay. Dogs are welcome too and there’s an enclosed dog exercising meadow on the park and at nearby Highlands End Holiday Park (15-20 minute walk), there’s the dog friendly Martin’s Bar & Restaurant, a dog shower, another enclosed dog exercising meadow.
