Dorset Holiday Cottages
Golden Cap Holiday Park offers two exceptional holiday cottages, each designed to give guests a luxurious, comfortable and truly memorable stay on the Dorset coast.
Beeswing, the park’s newest and most impressive cottage, elevates coastal living with its breathtaking floor‑to‑ceiling sun room, expansive countryside views, four stylish bedrooms and a premium, fully equipped kitchen ideal for sociable stays.
Vanessa House provides a bright, spacious retreat just moments from Seatown Beach, with generous living areas, three beautifully furnished bedrooms and an enclosed courtyard, perfect for families and dogs.
Both cottages combine contemporary design with thoughtful, practical touches, creating the perfect base for families and groups to enjoy relaxed seaside holidays, scenic walks and time together in one of Dorset’s most spectacular settings.
Beeswing
Beeswing is an exceptional 205m² four-bedroom holiday home and the only accommodation of its kind at Golden Cap Holiday Park.
The stunning sun room is undoubtedly the heart of Beeswing, designed to make the most of its spectacular countryside setting. Surrounded by floor-to-ceiling glass and crowned with a large skylight, this beautifully light-filled space invites the outdoors in, offering uninterrupted views across rolling Dorset hills from every angle.
Flowing seamlessly from the sun room, the beautifully designed open-plan kitchen keeps everyone connected while offering everything you need for effortless cooking and entertaining. Finished to a high standard with sleek, contemporary fittings, it combines style with practicality, featuring generous worktop space and premium appliances including a double oven, induction hob, wine fridge, air fryer, coffee machine and dishwasher, that make preparing everything from a relaxed breakfast to a family feast a pleasure.
The separate living room is a beautifully designed, light-filled space with large windows and patio doors framing countryside views and seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor living. Contemporary yet cosy, the space features a stylish mix of plush sofas and armchairs arranged around a sleek coffee table and a feature electric fireplace.
The four bedrooms at Beeswing have been thoughtfully arranged to offer both space and flexibility for families and groups.
Upstairs, the two master bedrooms provide a peaceful retreat, each featuring a luxurious king-size bed and a calm, contemporary design that makes unwinding effortless after a day by the coast. Light-filled and beautifully finished, these first-floor rooms offer a sense of privacy and comfort, perfect for a restful night’s sleep. Both bedrooms benefit from an en-suite, one with a bath and the other with a shower.
On the ground floor, the two twin bedrooms are equally inviting, making them ideal for children or additional guests. Stylishly furnished with the same attention to detail, they create a welcoming and practical space that works perfectly for families or groups travelling together. One of these bedrooms has an en-suite shower room, while the other one has easy access to the family bathroom across the hallway.
Step outside from the sun room or living room and you’ll discover a generous private garden and 36m² patio, perfect for making the most of long, sunny Dorset days. It’s a wonderful extension of the living space, offering both privacy and a true sense of peace. It feels secluded and safe for families, while still opening up to sweeping views across the rolling Dorset countryside beyond. The wide lawn offers plenty of space for children to play and for relaxed games in the sunshine, making it ideal for long, carefree days outdoors.
Tucked beneath a tree, a charming two-person bench creates a quiet retreat—perfect for a morning coffee, a good book, or simply soaking in the far-reaching views. Enjoy al fresco dining with the BBQ, unwind on the sun loungers, or gather with loved ones in the outdoor lounge seating area as the day draws to a close.
With parking for up to four cars, a dedicated 7kW electric vehicle charger (charges apply) and easy key box access, Beeswing is perfectly suited for group holidays, whether you’re planning coastal adventures or simply relaxing together.
Beeswing is ideal for families, with thoughtful extras including a travel cot and highchair ready for your arrival. Dogs are very welcome too (up to three, charges apply), with comfortable dog beds provided and access to the park’s excellent dog-friendly facilities, including a dedicated exercise meadow and dog shower.
Beeswing benefits from its own private high-speed Starlink satellite internet service and with TVs in every bedroom, as well as the living room and sun room, you can enjoy the same service you’re used to at home and sign in to your favourite streaming services for movie nights with friends and family, or to keep up with your favourite series.
Other useful and extra features include wellington boot racks, airer & washing line, bike rack for up to 4 bikes, pantry and hairdryers in each bathroom.
Duvets, pillows and bed linen are provided and everything will be made up ready for your arrival. Tea towels and bath towels for accommodation use are provided, but you’ll need to bring your own swim/beach towels.

Dog friendly holiday cottages
As a family-run and dog loving company, we understand how important it is to be able to bring your dogs with you on holiday and our holiday cottages, Vanessa House and Beeswing, are both dog friendly. All of our Holiday Parks are ideal for dog owners, with the South West Coast Path running past both parks and their coastal location. All our parks have enclosed dog exercising fields for walks off the lead and Martin’s Bar & Restaurant at Highlands End is dog friendly. Many beaches in Dorset are dog friendly all year round, including Eype Beach, Ringstead Bay, Durdle Door and parts of West Bay and Lyme Regis. It is worth noting that Seatown Beach does not allow dogs between May and September, but there are a huge range of footpaths criss-crossing the park, covering the surrounding 2,000 acres of National Trust land. A maximum of 3 dogs per booking are allowed and charges do apply.
Golden Cap
Golden Cap Holiday Park, nestled on the Jurassic Coast, offers stunning coastal and countryside views. Its dog-friendly, family-oriented atmosphere, with modern facilities and proximity to Seatown Beach, ensures memorable, relaxing holidays.
