Enjoy a relaxing holiday on the Jurassic Coast with our caravans at Golden Cap Holiday Park. The caravans are all located close to the main facilities on the park, including the Park Reception and SPAR shop, a children’s play area and a fishing lake. There are 3 excellent pubs within walking distance, the Anchor Inn on Seatown Beach and The Clockhouse and George Inn both in the village of Chideock which is a 15 minute walk along footpaths.
The seaside village of Charmouth is just a few miles away, with great places to visit along the way including Felicity’s Farm Shop. At Charmouth you will find the Coast Heritage Centre with it’s displays, fossil shop and guided walks and fossil hunting trips along one of the best beaches anywhere in the world for fossil hunting. The town of Lyme Regis, known as the ‘pearl of Dorset’ is just a couple of miles further along the coast. It’s a bustling resort with independent shops, great places to eat, beautiful gardens, a harbour and attractions such as an aquarium, Lyme Regis Museum and the Dinosaurland Fossil Museum.
All of the caravan holiday homes have central heating, double glazing, a fitted kitchen, insulated walls, a spacious living space, a double room (some en-suite) and 1 or 2 twin bedrooms with a family bathroom. Allocated parking is provided outside every holiday home, all of them enjoy a gated decking area and select caravans are dog friendly, with a maximum of 3 welcome (charges apply).

- Allocated caravans are dog friendly and allow up to 3 dogs – charges apply
- Duvets and pillows are provided
- Bed linen can be hired for an additional charge, but beds will not be made up for you
- Please bring towels, tea towels and swimming towels
- High chairs and cots are available to pre-book – charges apply
- A deposit of £100 per booking per week is required at the time of booking
- The remaining balance is due 10 weeks before the arrival date
- If it is less than 10 weeks until the arrival date, the full amount is required upfront at the time of booking
- All Caravans come with allocated parking for 1 car next to their Caravan
- Guests have access to the facilities at Highlands End such as the Leisure Club and the Little Fire Station Soft Play, however charges do apply
- Wifi is available for a small charge
- Arrive on a Monday, Friday or Saturday - this varies by individual caravan

Golden Cap Holiday Park has a number of facilities including a children’s play area, fishing lake, nature trail and SPAR convenience store.
Guests at all West Dorset Leisure Holiday’s parks are welcome to use the facilities at nearby Highlands End Holiday Park (3.6 mile drive), which includes Highlands End Leisure Club with swimming pool, sauna and steam room, Dorset Foot Golf, children’s soft play, nature trail and the dog friendly Martin’s Bar & Restaurant with sunday carvery, live sport, events, Costa Coffee and more. Please note charges apply for many of these facilities. Complimentary use of Highlands End Leisure Club is provided for guests staying in Lodges.

As a family-run and dog loving company, we understand how important it is to be able to bring your dogs with you on holiday and many of our caravans welcome dogs. All of our Holiday Parks are ideal for dog owners, with the South West Coast Path running past both parks and their coastal location. All our parks have enclosed dog exercising fields for walks off the lead and Martin’s Bar & Restaurant at Highlands End is dog friendly. Many beaches in Dorset are dog friendly all year round, including Eype Beach, Ringstead Bay, Durdle Door and parts of West Bay and Lyme Regis. It is worth noting that Seatown Beach does not allow dogs between May and September, but there are a huge range of footpaths criss crossing the park, covering the surrounding 2,000 acres of National Trust land. A maximum of 3 dogs per booking are allowed and charges do apply.
