Step into a stylish holiday home with its chic design.

Neutral tones provide a calming interior and lots of natural light floods into the holiday home, and the front sliding doors are a great feature leading onto the south facing decking.

The holiday home has freestanding comfortable sofas, feature electric fire and coffee table with cube stool.

The dining table is free standing with four upholstered chairs.

The kitchen is a great with both wall mounted and undercounter cupboards. Plenty of work top space, soft closing cupboards and drawers, integrated microwave,  externally vented cooker hood, integrated fridge freezer and hob.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed, which is also a lift up storage bed. There is also an ensuite toilet and basin.

Bedroom two has two single beds and there is a family shower room with bathroom extractor fan.

The holiday home comes with a wrap around gated decking, and the pitch is south facing.

Allocated hard standing parking is next to the holiday home.

Photographs, videos, virtual tours and floorplans may be provided by the Holiday Home manufacturer and may display a different model size to the one available for purchase. We recommend visiting the park and taking a tour of the Holiday Home.

The licence expiry date is listed above. Annual pitch fee including VAT is as agreed at the point of sale and is reviewed annually in June of each year, for the following year. You can only use the Holiday Home for holiday and recreational purposes. You must not use the Holiday Home as your only or main residential home. You are entitled to use the Holiday Home each year during a 9 month season.

Hiring out of the Holiday Home is not permitted. Friends & family may use the Holiday Home, but must be registered guests through our online form – this is explained during the purchase process.
