Litton Lakes and Littlebredy Walled Gardens
If you’d like to have a go at paddle boarding but the sea is a little choppy, Litton Lakes is a lovely relaxing place to visit, and the water is sheltered and calm, which is perfect for beginners. You can hire bords in advance from Burton Bradstock SUP. Take a picnic to eat on the grass, or enjoy lunch from the Purple Turtle Café. In the afternoon you can visit the Walled Gardens at Littlebredy with beautiful flower beds and a shaded waterfall. For dinner you could visit the White Horse Inn in Litton Cheney, or take a look around Modbury Farm Shop to pick up some local ingredients you can cook with yourself.
