Located on pitch C031 at Graston Copse, enjoy a quiet setting, with views across the park and nearby fields, listening to the natural birdsong or perhaps a stroll along the river bride located on the edge of the park. Just a 10-minute walk from Burton Bradstock, this is the opportunity for the perfect bolt-hole on the West Dorset coastline.

A side decking will be installed on this holiday home ready for completion of sale, parking is located opposite the holiday home or a few paces up to the park’s small car park. Please note that the windows are frosted in these marketing images because this holiday home was previously on another pitch.

The licence expiry date is listed above. Annual pitch fee including VAT is as agreed at the point of sale and is reviewed annually in June of each year, for the following year. You can only use the Holiday Home for holiday and recreational purposes. You must not use the Holiday Home as your only or main residential home. You are entitled to use the Holiday Home each year during a 9 month season.

Hiring out of the Holiday Home is not permitted. Friends & family may use the Holiday Home, but must be registered guests through our online form – this is explained during the purchase process.
