For stunning views, try our sea view caravans on the front row, which enjoy an outlook all the way from Eype Beach and the cliffs of Thorncombe Beacon, across the countryside and farmland to the iconic Colmer’s Hill. Parking is provided in the Leisure Club car park opposite. The caravans on the row behind, enjoy partial views and have allocated parking spaces.
Each Holiday Home has double glazing, central heating, insulated walls, a fitted kitchen, spacious living space, a double room (some en-suite) and 1 or 2 twin bedrooms with a family bathroom. All of the caravans have private gated deckings and designated caravans are dog friendly, with a maximum of 3 welcome (charges apply). There is an enclosed 3.5 acre dog exercising meadow on the park. There are some great facilities at Highlands End Holiday Park and the Caravan Holiday Homes are located close to them. There is Martin’s Bar & Restaurant, which is open daily from February to November, Highlands End Leisure Club with a swimming pool, sauna and steam room (charges apply), a Park Shop, a foot golf course, a soft play and children’s play areas.

Opening Dates - 28th February to 1st December 2025
- Allocated caravans are dog friendly and allow up to 3 dogs – charges apply
- Duvets and pillows are provided
- Bed linen can be hired for an additional charge, but beds will not be made up for you
- Please bring towels, tea towels and swimming towels
- High chairs and cots are available to pre-book – charges apply
- A deposit of ÂŁ100 per booking per week is required at the time of booking
- The remaining balance is due 10 weeks before the arrival date
- If it is less than 10 weeks until the arrival date, the full amount is required upfront at the time of booking
- Sea view Caravans must park in the Leisure Club car park nearby, there is a loading and unloading bay that may be useful on arrival and departure
- Caravans in the row behind have allocated parking for 1 car next to their Caravan
- Extra cars are chargeable and will need to be parked in the Leisure Club car park nearby
- Charges apply to use many on-park facilities, including Highlands End Leisure Club and the Little Fire Station Soft Play
- Wifi is available for a small charge
- Arrive on a Monday, Friday or Saturday - this varies by individual caravan

As a family-run and dog loving company, we understand how important it is to be able to bring your dogs with you on holiday and many of our caravans welcome dogs. All of our Holiday Parks are ideal for dog owners, with the South West Coast Path running past both parks and their coastal location.
All our parks have enclosed dog exercising fields for walks off the lead and Martin’s Bar & Restaurant at Highlands End is dog friendly. Many beaches in Dorset are dog friendly all year round, including Eype Beach, Ringstead Bay, Durdle Door and parts of West Bay and Lyme Regis. It is worth noting that Seatown Beach does not allow dogs between May and September, but there are a huge range of footpaths criss crossing the park, covering the surrounding 2,000 acres of National Trust land. A maximum of 3 dogs per booking are allowed and charges do apply.
