Viewing on this holiday home is recommended! It is in beautiful condition and the pitch is great with countryside views, and yet only a 10 minute stroll to the beach.

You enter the holiday home into the kitchen where you are greeted with everything you need. Integrated appliances include fridge and freezer, and a dishwasher. Integrated microwave and cooker. There is ample worktop and cupboard space so whether you are cooking up a family feast, or prepping for a BBQ, the kitchen is ideal. The free standing dining table and chairs are off the kitchen area and there is a dresser style unit with drawers and more storage.

From the kitchen wander through to the lounge area which feels light and airy. Neutral colours make the room feel calm and there is a comfortable sofa and free standing arm chair. The lounge area has a fire place and room above for the TV. There is also a coffee table and some storage shelves – ideal for those memory making photos. There are full length windows at the front and the patio doors lead out onto the decking area. Sit back, relax and enjoy the view. Watch the countryside change with the seasons, drift away reading a good book or enjoy catching up with friends.

The master bedroom is generous with an upholstered headboard and storage shelves next to the bed with over head cupboards. There are drawers next to the bed and a walk in wardrobe space. There is a dressing table with seat and an ensuite toilet. Bedroom two has two single beds, one of them being a guzunder bed so can be moved should you wish to have a cot in the room. Ample storage as well.

The shower room is well designed with a large shower, basin and toilet.

There is an allocated parking space next to the holiday home.

The licence expiry date is listed above. Annual pitch fee including VAT is as agreed at the point of sale and is reviewed annually in June of each year, for the following year.

You can only use the Holiday Home for holiday and recreational purposes. You must not use the Holiday Home as your only or main residential home. You are entitled to use the Holiday Home each year during the designated holiday season.

Hiring out of the Holiday Home is not permitted. Friends & family may use the Holiday Home, but must be registered guests through our online form – this is explained during the purchase process.
