Holiday memories are brought to life in the Stonewood and the interior design team have thought of everything, from storage nooks to worktop space, to make it the perfect base for a staycation. The neutral colour scheme, with pops of ochre and graphite, gives you the chance to bring your favourite finishing touches from home to make it yours.

Designed around a modern L-shaped sofa, with handy storage, the comfortable and stylish living space is bursting with natural light from the wide front windows. The log effect electric fire is perfect for cosy nights in.

Family dining is a treat in the Stonewood with the low maintenance, stylish L-shaped kitchen, enhanced by warm wooden tones throughout. With plenty of storage for all your kitchen staples, it has everything you need and more – including an integrated fridge/freezer and 4-ring hob. Bring your favourite cookbook and whip up a feast for the whole family, then settle into the modern dining space to enjoy your culinary creations.

The main bathroom is fitted with a large shower and modern concrete-style wet wall; there’s also a towel rail, toilet, and basin.

The cosy and relaxing master bedroom combines greys and yellows with natural wood tones with lots of storage to hide all your holiday must-haves. The dressing area is great for getting ready and there’s a handy socket nearby to plug in your styling tools. The same great interior theme flows into the additional bedrooms with lots of wardrobe space for swimwear and summer dresses. Plus, with dim-out blinds in each bedroom, the whole family can snooze in peace.

Photographs, videos, virtual tours and floorplans may be provided by the Holiday Home manufacturer and may display a different model size to the one available for purchase. We recommend visiting the park and taking a tour of the Holiday Home.

The licence expiry date is listed above. Annual pitch fee including VAT is as agreed at the point of sale and is reviewed annually in June of each year, for the following year. You can only use the Holiday Home for holiday and recreational purposes. You must not use the Holiday Home as your only or main residential home. You are entitled to use the Holiday Home each year during a 9 month season.

Hiring out of the Holiday Home is not permitted. Friends & family may use the Holiday Home, but must be registered guests through our online form – this is explained during the purchase process.
