Outside the holiday home benefits from a large, spacious glass fronted decking over looking the River Winniford. Relax to the sound of the babbling river and enjoy the countryside views.
Inside the caravan is spotless and very well looked after. The living area is open plan with a comfortable L shaped sofa, with two free standing arm chairs. The front doors open out onto decking area.
The lounge area has a feature fire place with space above for the TV, and also has storage and shelving units so there is space to add the personal touch to make it feel yours.
The dining table and upholstered chairs are just off the kitchen area. The kitchen is well equipped with integrated microwave and fridge freezer. There is plenty of storage with cupboards and and wall units.
Heading to the bedrooms, the large master bedroom is a calming space with neutral colours. There is overhead storage with shelves and cupboards and a double wardrobe, plus an ensuite toilet and basin. There is a dressing table with stool and drawers for additional storage.
Bedroom two has two single beds and again has calming neutral colours.
There is a family shower room, with a generous size shower, heated towel rail, basin and toilet, plus shelves for storing towels and toiletries.
There is allocated parking next to the holiday home.

You can only use the Holiday Home for holiday and recreational purposes. You must not use the Holiday Home as your only or main residential home. You are entitled to use the Holiday Home each year during a 9 month season.
Hiring out of the Holiday Home is not permitted. Friends & family may use the Holiday Home, but must be registered guests through our online form – this is explained during the purchase process.
