The kitchen is spacious with an L shaped work top area providing plenty of space. There are wall cupboards and base units, along with a microwave and integrated fridge freezer and gas cooker.

The dining area is slightly different with a comfortable bench style seating along with a free standing bench.

The master bedroom is spacious, with a king sized bed, wardrobe space and an ensuite toilet and basin.

The second bedroom has two single beds and there is a family shower room as well.

This holiday home comes with a brand new gated side decking with countryside views. There is allocated hard standing parking next to the holiday home.

The licence expiry date is listed above. Annual pitch fee including VAT is as agreed at the point of sale and is reviewed annually in June of each year, for the following year. You can only use the Holiday Home for holiday and recreational purposes. You must not use the Holiday Home as your only or main residential home. You are entitled to use the Holiday Home each year during a 9 month season.

Hiring out of the Holiday Home is not permitted. Friends & family may use the Holiday Home, but must be registered guests through our online form – this is explained during the purchase process.
