Washingpool Farm is situated 3 miles from West Bay – Dorset, just outside the market town of Bridport on the B3162 heading towards Salway Ash. Washingpool Farm is run by three generations of the Holland family.

Est. in 1971, the business has grown dramatically to now include an award winning farm shop, restaurant,  caravan/motorhome site & two lovely holiday cottages. All situated on a 80 acre working farm that produces its own Devon Ruby Red beef, eggs and a vast array of fruit, vegetables, flowers and potatoes.

The Farm Shop

With a huge range of products sourced from Dorset and the South West, Washingpool Farm Shop has gained a reputation for providing really good quality produce at good prices. Alongside a wide range of greengrocery, they stock their own beef, pork, lamb, vegetables and flowers as well as Washingpool ready meals, soups and cakes. They also have a large selection of ciders, beers, cheeses, pies, biscuits, chocolate, meats, cereals, bread, and almost anything else you can think of from over one hundred local suppliers.

The Farmer’s Kitchen

The Farmer’s Kitchen is a licensed café serving breakfasts, lunches, morning coffee and afternoon tea. Using local ingredients and their own meat wherever possible, dishes include cheddar and spinach soufflé, lasagne with real chips and home-made soups and sandwiches. The restaurant seats 30 with additional seating on the terrace on fine days and is generally open six days a week. Hot drinks and sandwiches are available as take-away food if you are in a hurry. Please be aware that this service may not be available at very busy times.
