The Highlands End Nature Trail is a beautiful and free walking route around the surrounds of Highlands End Holiday Park, great for any age! Take in the “Bee Bank,” the “Bug Hotel,” Mower’s Mead Wildlife Lake and a fantastic coastal view over Eype Beach from this 5 star holiday park and the recipient of multiple David Bellamy Gold Conservation Awards for their work protecting and enhancing the environment.

Download a map or pick one up from the Park Shop and follow the map and instructions around the trail to collect and write down the letters, signposted along the route. The main trail is 1.8 miles long, with 2 optional detours of 0.7 miles and 0.6 miles. You should allow 1.5 to 3 hours to complete the Nature Trail, which ends at Martin’s Bar & Restaurant. When you have collected all the letters, unscramble to find the hidden words. Write your email on the tear off slip and post in the ballot box at the Bar, for the chance to win a £100 holiday voucher! A winner is chosen at random and contacted at the end of November.

If you have any questions, please visit the Park Shop or Reception for more information.

Good luck and enjoy the route!

What our guests say

  • The Most Magical Campsite

We have just come back from the most magical few days staying at Highlands End. In fact, it was so good we extended our stay by a few days whilst on park. We are new to campsites and this was beyond my expectations

  • Wonderful three night stay

Our pitch was spacious and quiet. The facilities were clean and a generous number of showers etc whatever time we needed them. A very picturesque site and plenty to do straight from the van without the need to drive

  • Beautiful weekend away

This park is in a wonderful location. The local village is beautiful and only a 15 min walk along the river. The beach is then another 15 minutes along - again a beautiful walk. We were blessed with amazing weather so we spent the afternoon on Hive Beach.
