We have gathered as much information as we can on the page below, however if there are any questions you have, our friendly Bookings Team are always happy to help. We recommend that if you have a disability concern, to get in touch with us before booking, so we can advise you to the best of our knowledge. It’s also the best way to book a specific Lodge or Caravan if, for example, you need one with fewer steps.

On this page you’ll find a range of topics, from information about specific accommodation types and facilities, to more general information that might be useful for those with certain kinds of disability. If you’d like to skip through to just the sections that are relevant to you, simply click on the links to take you to the right sections. Privately Owned Holiday Homes

  • When purchasing a Holiday Home, there are 3 options – you can either buy a new or a pre-owned Holiday Home that’s already sited and connected on a pitch, or you can choose a vacant pitch and we can order your preferred model to be sited there.

  • Depending on the pitch and location, it may be possible to get the steps changed for an access ramp, though this may cost more and/or limit the size of your decking.
  • If you are choosing to order a new model for a vacant pitch, you will be able choose one with a layout and space to suit your requirements. Our Sales Team can advise you on models which may suit your needs.
  • All owners may park next to their Holiday Homes, with the majority of people parking on grass. In bad weather when the ground is waterlogged, we may sometimes ask you to park in the Leisure Club or Bar car parks.
  • Paths to Holiday Homes do not come as standard, if you wish to construct one you must speak to the Park Team first.
  • You will be responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of your Holiday Home, decking and the grass immediately surrounding you. We can offer help with these services by agreeing on a maintenance programme for a set fee. For more information, please contact our Sales Team.
