Established in 1995, Purbeck Shooting School holds one of the best sites in the country, having been voted for ‘Best Shooting Ground’ in the UK. The 80-acre site of mixed heathland and conifer plantation enables for naturalistic sporting targets in a wide range of scenarios. They offer a large variety of practice and tuition for complete novices to advanced game/clay shooters.

The distinctive contours on the site enable target presentation at its finest, with several machines hidden from view targets will appear from nowhere. If you are a game/clay shooter then this makes the perfect place to get your eye in pre-season. Also suitable for complete novices and large groups, Purbeck Shooting School offer lots of different packages. All of the teaching stands are undercover, giving you no excuse to miss on a rainy day.

Located just a 15 minute drive from our Sandyholme Holiday Park, the shooting school makes for a perfect day out regardless of skill or weather.
