This restaurant serves mediterranean-inspired dishes based on local ingredients with an emphasis on seafood. They also offer a menu choice of vegetarian, vegan and meat. 

Olive Tree were recently dubbed “One of the best fish restaurants in Dorset” by the The Guardian and “One of the best Fish-Bistro restaurants in Britain” by The Sunday Times. High praise indeed.

Take a look into their open kitchen and it becomes clear why the restaurant is held in such high esteem. The chefs are clearly very passionate about what they do, and pride themselves on changing up dishing to suit dietary needs or personal tastes.

As well as sourcing ingredients locally, Olive Garden also buy produce from small growers, vineyards, brewers and fisherman so that their customers get the highest quality, freshest for possible. Whilst they champion supporting local food, they aren’t afraid to go out of their way to get their hands on the foreign produced when ‘only the authentic ingredient will do’ – such as their Toulouse & Mergez Sausage from France.
