Litter Free Coast Award!
The team at Highlands End Holiday Park were delighted today to be presented with an award from Litter Free Coast and Sea for helping to create a cleaner, greener environment, with litter free beaches and water.
We were praised for ‘implementing lots of great changes to the business to reduce the amount of litter and waste, as well as developing innovative ways of working to respond to the popular awakening over plastics.’
Thanks to everyone that has stayed with us so far this year in helping us towards achieving our target of 50% of all waste being recycling on the parks. As well as this award, Martin’s Bar & Restaurant recently won a Taste of the West award for using local produce and the park is a multiple gold award winner in the David Bellamy Conservation Awards for their work with nature and the environment.
