The Black Dog Inn is situated just 4 miles from Dorchester in the village of Broadmayne and close to our Sandyholme Holiday Park. The village is surrounded by open countryside, spectacular views and walking trails and what better place to get food and drink following a long walk in the Dorset countryside.

The pub dates back to 1851 and was refurbished in 2014 with a spacious dining area and tasty home cooked pub meals using local suppliers wherever possible. For sunny Dorset days, there is a large beer garden and children’s play area and the team pride themselves on being a very family friendly pub. There is a great range of beers and off road parking.

Whether you are just popping in for a quick drink, a light bite or a main meal, you’ll find something to hit the spot at the Black Dog in Broadmayne. We particularly love their Confit Pork Belly!
