Lessons run from May to September and car parking is available nearby in one of the many car parks in Lyme Regis. There is a minimum age of 12 and a maximum group booking size of 5 people. No prior experience is required and buoyancy aids and wetsuits are provided in the cost of the lesson. Once you have had a lesson, SUP hire is available for £15 an hour.
