Little Orchard Alpacas

Little Orchards Alpacas is a small alpaca farm in the beautiful East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. They breed alpacas for their soft and luxurious fibre which they turn into yarn and other wonderful products. You can spend time with the alpacas and learn all about them. The alpacas are trained in handling techniques to make them feel comfortable with guests and they each have individual personalities.

Little Orchards Alpacas offer a number of experiences, including Cria (baby alpaca) watching evenings, the Alpaca Woodland Walk, the Alpaca Orchard Walk, a summer alpaca walk and cream tea and the most popular meet alpaca experiences. With this experience, you are introduced to the whole herd in their paddocks, you can learn all about the alpacas, how their beautiful fleece is used and how they are looked after, you can feed them their favourite treats and take photos and you can enjoy a hot or cold drink or bring a picnic with you to enjoy.

Children aged 3 and under are free. Visit the website for prices and details on how to book. Little Orchards Alpacas recommend sturdy footwear or wellies and long trousers in wet weather. There is a small shop with gifts and you can also find out about baby alpaca adoption. This is a great family friendly attraction that we highly recommend visiting!
