Abbey Farm Flowers

Seasonal, Sustainable, Beautiful.

At Abbey Farm Flowers, it’s all about the seasons. You won’t find year-round roses, out-of-season chrysanthemums or the same old flowers week after week – Abbey Farm Flowers grow with the seasons, so the flowers are constantly changing. There’s “pick your own”, bunches & bouquets, a gift shop with local crafts, Baboo Gelato ice-creams, plants and seeds, events and the best views from a cutting garden ever!

Pick Your Own is available from mid March until late October, after which they are open for shopping and then Christmas wreaths and trees.

Abbey Farm is a new development based around the medieval tithe barn, with artisans and artists including fine art by Clare Hawkes, exclusive floral fashions in From My Mother’s Garden, handmade soaps at Duir Soaps and multiple crafts at Make and Mend. There is also a very good cafe at Cherries. It can be a quick trip or a whole day out!

Well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome, and the PYO area is level wood chip paths, so suitable for pushchairs. Parking is in the village car park on the B3157, just near the Swan Inn on the Weymouth end of the village.

Abbey Farm Flowers are open to the public for Pick-Your-Own, as there is nothing quite like choosing, cutting and taking home your own flowers to arrange as you like. Every bouquet is a one-off, and it is a wonderful time for friends and families to come and spend some time together in a beautiful, peaceful setting.
