The Pitch Fee varies depending on the Park you choose and the area of the Park you choose and includes local rates, VAT, water and sewerage. For 2025, the Pitch Fees are as follows:

Golden Cap Holiday Park – £6,282 to £6,912
Graston Copse Holiday Park – £5,832
Larkfield Holiday Park – £6,300 to £6,972
