Our new Barkis Gin

Martin’s Bar & Restaurant at Highlands End Holiday Park have produced their very own Gin for 2019! Named ‘Barkis,’ after one of the fire engines on display at Martin’s Bar and Restaurant, the Strawberry Pavlova flavoured Gin has been distilled as the house gin for the 2019 season. It is available with Tonic or Lemonade as well as two stunning cocktails that Tess and Zoe have tried and tested!

The distilling and bottling of the Gin to our unique recipe created by our good friend Lloyd Brown (Pavlova after our top selling dessert) happened at Bridport Market as part of the launch and an opportunity to shout about all the great goings on at Martin’s Bar & Restaurant! With us were Devon-based company who distilled the Gin and brought along ‘Ginny,’ an amazing VW T2 Bay pick-up mobile gin distillery.

The Barkis Gin joins over 20 other Gins available throughout 2019 at Martin’s Bar & Restaurant, which is open daily from 9am. We look forward to welcoming you to give it a try! Bottle are also available for sale at the Highlands End Park Shop (while stocks last).
