We’re thrilled to announce that we have now switched to Booking Experts, a powerful and guest-friendly booking system designed to give you more choice, flexibility, and convenience when planning your holiday with us.

Here’s everything that’s new and improved for you:

Extra Flexibility Option

Need a little more wiggle room with your plans? Our new extra flexibility option lets you adjust your booking with greater ease. With this, you can cancel your holiday for any reason and receive:

• 100% refund more than 14 days before arrival
• 50% refund between 14 and 7 days before arrival

Pool Passes

Passes for unlimited use of Highlands End Leisure Club during your stay, are now available to purchase at the time of booking. If you plan to swim every day, this is a great way to save money.

Upgrades

Fancy adding a special touch? You can now easily add Prosecco (and other welcome extras) straight to your booking. We will be adding Marshmallow Toasting Packs and more in the near future!

Apple Pay & Google Pay

Pay quickly and securely with your preferred digital wallet – faster checkout, less hassle.

Book further ahead

We will soon be opening bookings for 2027, so you can rebook for next year before you leave, secure your accommodation and get your plans sorted early!

Improvements for Hire & Glamping Guests

• 2-night minimum stay – available all-year-round
• Damage waiver – now available as an optional extra, for added peace of mind
• Flexible arrival days – choose what works best for you – we have added Wednesday as an arrival day, alongside Fridays, Saturdays and Mondays
• Depart on any day – Giving you more flexibility and allowing Friday to Sunday bookings
• Choose your exact accommodation – for a small fee, secure your favourite lodge, pod, caravan, apartment, bungalow or cottage by name/number

Improvements for Touring & Camping Guests

• Same-day arrivals – Running late or making a last-minute decision based on the weather? You can now arrive on the same day right up until 3pm (subject to availability).
