At Golden Cap Holiday Park we have a brand new development of pitches for holiday homes. Red Hill View, previously the touring and camping area of the Park, has been developed in 2024 to provide a number of new pitches including three pitches for luxury lodges. These have been left vacant, so you can choose your ideal holiday home to go on your favourite pitch.

With a choice of leading manufacturers available, the possibilities are endless, and our team can guide you through a number of choices. These lodge pitches will have decking along the side of the holiday home, and will be perfect for centre-lounge layouts. All of them will have your own allocated parking bay.

With showgrounds available around the South West, we are able to organise visits to them, so you can go and see the holiday homes before you buy.

Location wise, these pitches are just a few hundred metres walk from Seatown Beach, the South West Coast Path and The Anchor Inn. The village of Chideock, the George Inn and the Clockhouse Inn are a 10-15 minute walk away. It’s a great location to enjoy West Dorset and all it has to offer.

These pitches would suit bespoke lodges from manufacturers such as Pathfinder and Timber Venture.

These pitches are 40’x20′, and we also have pitches in sizes 32’x12′, 35’x12′ or 40’x12′, if you think a more traditional caravan size might suit you and your budget better.

Photographs, videos, virtual tours and floorplans may be provided by the Holiday Home manufacturer and may display a different model size to the one available for purchase. We recommend visiting the park and taking a tour of the Holiday Home.

The licence expiry date is listed above. Annual pitch fee including VAT is as agreed at the point of sale and is reviewed annually in June of each year, for the following year. You can only use the Holiday Home for holiday and recreational purposes. You must not use the Holiday Home as your only or main residential home. You are entitled to use the Holiday Home each year during a 9 month season.

Hiring out of the Holiday Home is not permitted. Friends & family may use the Holiday Home, but must be registered guests through our online form – this is explained during the purchase process.
