We know these are uncertain times and we want to help you and your family enjoy quality time, with the peace of mind that should the situation change, your money will be safe.

We have introduced a Coronavirus Guarantee for your peace of mind, which automatically applies to all new and existing bookings free-of-charge.

In relation to Covid-19, your holiday is covered in the event of any of the following:

  1. The Holiday Park is closed.
  2. There is a national lockdown and/or UK Government restrictions on travel.
  3. There is a regional lockdown in your postcode, or the postcode of the Holiday Park.
  4. You or a member of your party, or close family relative living in the same household, are diagnosed with COVID-19 or are required to self-isolate at the request of the NHS – a copy of the NHS certificate needs to be supplied.

In the event of any of the above circumstances affecting the dates of your stay, please contact us as soon as possible to inform us and to let us know your selected option from the following:

  1. Transfer of dates up until 28th February 2022.
  2. Receive a credit note to use against a future holiday.
  3. Cancel and receive a full refund.

Terms & Conditions

  • If you transfer the dates of your holiday, and it is of lesser value than your original stay, we will provide the difference as a credit note. If the booking value is higher than your original booking, the difference is payable by yourself at the time of the date transfer.
