Melplash Show on TV

Sorry, so busy moaning about red tape and silly signs in my last entry that I forgot to mention some good news – The BBC TV Programme ‘Escape to the Country’ came to the Melplash Show last year and filmed in the Horticultural tent.

The Show is going to be televised on Monday 18th April 2011 at 2.15 on BBC 1 – do have a look. Mr George Streatfeild, of Denhay Farms Ltd, Broadoak has been elected President for 2011 and the show is on 25 August 2011 – a note for you diary.
