Bed Linen Update

24 November 2021Holiday Park News

Firstly thank you all for your support and understanding during 2021 when we saw an unprecedented change in our level of customer service with the restrictions and failures from our Laundry contractor.

Following our Blog Announcement on the 21st June 2021 we’re pleased to be able to provide our guests with an update in relation to bed linen for self-catering accommodation across our parks as we look towards 2022 and 2023.

From Monday 29th November 2021 we will be working with a new linen contractor, meaning beds will be made up and towels provided in all Apartments, Bungalows, Deluxe Caravans and Lodge bookings across our parks. You will need to bring tea towels and swimming towels with you.

Unfortunately for all remaining caravans and glamping accommodation guests will still be asked to continue to bring their own bed linen, towels and tea towels but we are already working for 2023 with this local contractor to expand their offering and fulfil our full operational needs.

We would like to thank all guests for their understanding over the past 6 months and we hope to see you in 2022. We are seeing higher levels of early bookings to date than any previous year so please if you are wanting to book please visit our website on www.wdlh.co.uk/booking and a £100 deposit will secure your break with us.

  • The Most Magical Campsite

We have just come back from the most magical few days staying at Highlands End. In fact, it was so good we extended our stay by a few days whilst on park. We are new to campsites and this was beyond my expectations

  • Wonderful three night stay

Our pitch was spacious and quiet. The facilities were clean and a generous number of showers etc whatever time we needed them. A very picturesque site and plenty to do straight from the van without the need to drive

  • Beautiful weekend away

This park is in a wonderful location. The local village is beautiful and only a 15 min walk along the river. The beach is then another 15 minutes along - again a beautiful walk. We were blessed with amazing weather so we spent the afternoon on Hive Beach.
