Bed Linen Supply Issues
We regret to inform our customers that our linen contractor is no longer able to fulfil our contract and agreement. We have contacted other suppliers and it is clear that a shortage of laundry workers and drivers is an industry-wide problem and therefore have no choice but to take the decision that for arrivals from Friday 25th June 2021, we will NOT be able to supply bed linen or towels in all accommodation – Lodges, Caravans, Glamping, Bungalows and Apartments.
This has not been an easy decision, but there is no alternative unfortunately. We therefore ask that you bring pillow covers, duvet covers, sheets and towels with you and thank you in advance for your understanding on this matter. We know that many of you already prefer to bring your own bedding with the current Covid-19 situation.
Existing bookings will be amended by the bookings team and £16.50 / £25 will either be credited against a future holiday, added as a credit balance, or issued as a refund. We look forward to welcoming you and once again apologise for the inconvenience, which is out of our control as a result of these unprecedented times.
Bed sizes for our accommodation are as follows:
Lodges – Double and single beds (except for Merryweather, Colmer’s, Ammonite and Eype View Lodges at Highlands End, which all have king size beds in the master bedroom)
Caravans – Double and single beds (with the exception of 2 deluxe caravans at Golden Cap Holiday Park, which have king size beds in the master bedroom)
Bungalows – King size beds
Apartments – King size beds and 3ft single beds
Glamping – Double beds and 3ft single beds
