What do I need to check in?

An email you will receive a few days before your arrival, includes a link to complete an online check-in where you can confirm your holiday details are correct and let us know an ETA for your arrival.

Upon arrival, the process varies by park. Much of our holiday accommodation now uses key boxes. You will receive the code by text message as soon as it has been confirmed that the cleaning and preparation of your holiday home is complete, at or before 4pm.

You may be required to scan a QR code, which is displayed on a sign at the accommodation, which just confirms to use that you have arrived on park. We ask that you scan the same QR code on the day of departure to confirm you have left and that the accommodation is ready for our team to clean.

Touring and Camping arrivals at Highlands End Holiday Park, can go straight to the pitches via the ANPR barrier, which will scan and recognise your number plate to allow entry, so when checking your holiday details on the online check-in, please double check that the vehicle registration you have provided, is the correct one.
