I’m due to arrive before July 3rd – what do I do?
All of our holiday parks are closed until at least July 3rd. If you were due to arrive before then, we will be contacting you by June 20th to give you the choice of one of the three following options:
- Change the dates of your booking to later in the year or right up to December 2021
- Accept credit of the value of your holiday, which will go onto your account, ready to be used for a holiday before December 2021
- Cancel your booking for a full refund.
Please do not try to call us – we will contact you by phone or email. If you are in the position to, please consider accepting a date change or credit – we are supporting the national campaign to #PostponeDon’tCancel to protect tourism jobs and ensure that hospitality businesses like ours are still around for you to visit in the future.
