Can I cancel or move my stay?
If your booking is outside of the current government guidelines, you are eligible to change the dates of your holiday free of charge, but if you would still like to cancel your holiday, our standard terms & conditions apply.
If it is within the current government guidelines, you are eligible to either change dates, accept a credit note to use on a future holiday or claim a full refund. We are supporting the national campaign to #PostponeDon’tCancel to protect tourism jobs
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your surname, booking number, holiday park and phone number along with the new dates you would like to change to. You will then receive confirmation of your amended dates and whether there is any price difference.
